Cancellation rules / Payments

The participant expressly accepts that he/she acknowledges the following consequences of default:

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
  • Cancellation more than 12 weeks before the exams prep course and/or the exams: 15% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation 12 weeks prior to the course up to 2 weeks before: 50% of the fee will be due.
  • Any later cancellation will leed to no re-imbursement of payed fees and the entire fee would be due respectively.
  • If a participant defaults on a (installment) payment and does not settle it within 3 weeks even after a reminder, the entire remaining amount is due immediately.
  • Failure to pay this remaining sum within a further 14 days will result in exclusion from the course without any claims against the seminar organizer.

Clinical director of CRAA. She also is faculty member of the Veterinary Academy of Higher Learning (VAHL). Dr. Cardoso is DVM, CCRP and Director of HVA.

In 2000, Dr. Beate Egner founded Schloss Seminar and began organizing veterinary education and continuing education programs in Germany.  Schloss Seminar has been recognized internationally and was integrated into the newly established VAHL.
